Organic baby clothes

Organic baby clothes are made out of organically grown cotton. Cotton is an excellent fiber as it breathes, natural and absorbent therefore it is perfect for our babies.

But it can be made even safer by using organically grown cotton as it is free of chemicals used to keep the pests away, no fertilizers are applied and the colors used to dye the clothes too are safe. 25% of pesticides and 10% of insecticides are used world-over are used on cotton plants.

Organic baby clothes reduce the allergic reactions caused to the little ones but are a healthy, eco-friendly choice made by us too. The baby skins are porous and sensitive and absorb more easily than the adult skins therefore we need to be careful about what hazards we expose their skins to.

By making this choice we are not choking the local landfill with disposables and polluting our rivers with all the residue of paper pulp and dyes which suffocate our fishes and other aquatic wildlife. Organic baby clothes are economical too as the usual cotton clothes last a 10 to 30 washes but the clothes made out of organic cotton last more than 100 washes as they are untreated or bleached.

This untreated cotton lasts longer as the fibres remain unstressed and which each wash the cloth becomes softer and more absorbent. This is an eco-friendly choice too as Organic baby clothes require less energy than the production of other baby clothes thereby helping you reduce your carbon footprint on the environment.
